After a twelve-year retirement from Duran Duran and the music industry in general, drummer Roger Taylor joined Freebass with Marco Silver Jake Roberts . They performed a few live gigs in Birmingham, England, and recorded a handful of songs, some of which appeared on their only single Love Is Like Oxygen, a song originally made famous by The Sweet. The band dissolved after only nine months, even though their single spent some time in the top ten of the UK Dance Chart.
