Father of Sharon Redd, Gene Redd Jr. and Penny Ford (her mother is Carol Ford). Owner of King Records (3) (Ohio) and often associated with the publisher King Records (3) / King Records (3) / King Records (3). Mostly known for co-writing "Please Come Home For Christmas".
