    Punk Oi band formed in Umeå 1994, Sweden. Jocke and Henke (Former members), started to play together in a band called Total Chaos (later called The Antagonists) in 1991. In 1994 the band changed name to Guttersnipe. Tia left the band to play with Slutstation Tjernobyl.
