She is best known for her first hit "Searchin' (I Gotta Find A Man)" written and produced by Ian Anthony Stephens and also the Stock, Aitken & Waterman produced tracks "Whatever I Do (Wherever I Go)", "Who's Leaving Who" and "They Say It's Gonna Rain".
Hazell Dean is known as the "Queen of Hi NRG".
