Puerto Rican salsa singer (July 29, 1955, Juana Díaz, Puerto Rico - 17 July 2022). He began his career as a professional singer, recording in 1982 his first album with Mickey Cora and the Orquesta Cábala, "Acumulando Puntos". Also in 1982, he recorded with La Terrífica by Joe Rodríguez, the album "Por Todas Partes" obtaining a good reception from the public. In that year, he also participated with the group Eriguá led by Eric Figueroa and Eddie "Guagua" Rivera.
His leap to popularity occurred in 1984 when he joined the ranks of Tommy Olivencia and his La Primerísima orchestra, sharing the stage with artists such as Frankie Ruiz , Paquito Guzmán and other artists. With Tommy Olivencia he recorded four albums including the hits "Lobo Domesticado", "Periquito Pin Pin", "No Me Tires La Primera Piedra", "No Soy Automático", and more.

In 1990, he began his career as a solo singer, recording for the TH-Rodven Records label. Among his successes as a soloist were the songs "Macho Pérez", "A Corazón Abierto", "Ese Soy Yo", "Mujer Prohibida" and others.
