He has studied drums, classical percussion, improvisation and composition at the [url=https://hsm.gu.se/english]Academy of Music and Drama[/url], University of Gothenburg in Sweden and received his Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in 2001. Henrik moves freely between notated music and free improvisation, blending acoustic and amplified sounds with the use of contact microphones.
