Hardcore band from Maastricht, Netherlands. Line up : Odin Wijnhoven : Voice Maurice Dolmans : Guitar Boris Wouters : Bass Igor Wouters : Drums After playing in other local Hardcore bands, Maurice Dolmans, Boris Wouters, Igor Wouters and Odin Wijnhoven, hard their first rehearsal in June '96. This went really well, so they decided to go on together. In October '96, they played their first show with $400 Suits and Demon Joker Junior. After that show Homethrust was asked to play as support-band Demon Joker Junior. After they split up Homethrust was asked by $400 Suits, they did about 25 shows in the Netehrlands and Belgium. Since the reunion of Right Direction, Homethrust plays many shows with them. In December '96, Homethrust recorded two songs for their demo-tape. In the summer'97 they recorded two songs for the "M-town rebels" compilation volume 2. And almost two years afetr their first reheasal here it is their debut album "First time around" [from booklet CD]
