Symphony orchestra based in Frankfurt, Germany. The orchestra was originally founded in 1929 as "Frankfurter Rundfunk-Symphonie-Orchester". The name was changed to "Radio-Sinfonie-Orchester Frankfurt" in 1971 and to "hr-Sinfonieorchester" in 2005.
