Born in San Jose, California and currently residing on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. hypoetical writes, make beats, creates experimental films & animations, and performs live visuals.
His works fuel his life and give it meaning, so his creative experiments are both an outlet and a contribution to the cultures he's influenced by.

At a young age hypoetical had access to a video camera, computer, piano, and vinyl records. During his school years he got deep into creative writing and making beats. Amidst an obsession with hip hop art, music, and technology, a strong love for manipulating video and imagery was born.

hypoetical's collaborators are worldwide, he's released 5 albums, performed live visuals for some renown musicians and has created video and still imagery for artists of all disciplines. His commercial work spans various industries and labels.
