International Worship Symposium

National conference/gathering that occurred annually, most notably in the 1980s. The event helped to create a language and understanding of contemporary Praise and Worship across the worldwide church; directly and indirectly influencing the spread of the genre and the development of such ministries as Integrity Music. The symposium was led by several figures also associated with Zionsong Music, which released several recordings under the name ZionSong. These members included Steve Griffing, Barry Griffing, Larry Dempsey and Bob Johnson.
