Irena Dubiska (1899–1989) was a Polish violinist and music educator. She graduated from the Stern'sches Konservatorium in Berlin in 1912 and continued her studies with Bronislaw Huberman and Carl Flesch.

In 1908, Irena debuted in a concert in Wittenberg. She had been performing in Germany and appeared on stage in Poland for the first time only in 1919. Dubiska toured Europe extensively until 1939. She had been collaborating with her teacher Huberman, as well as Karol Szymanowski. In 1930, Dubiska established Kwartet Polski ensemble.

After the World War II, Irena Dubiska became famous for her performances with Eugenia Umińska. Some compositions had been written for the duo, such as a Suite for Two Violins by Michał Spisak. She also taught at the Akademia Muzyczna im. Grażyny i Kiejstuta Bacewiczów w Łodzi.
