Blues guitarist and singer. Born in Washington state, he grew up in Portland, OR. In the early 1970s, he moved to Seattle, WA where he played with Tom McFarland for a year before forming the Isaac Scott Blues Band. In 1987 he lost a leg to diabetes, but continued performing in a wheelchair.
