Ivar Leon Menger

Ivar Leon Menger was born in Darmstadt in 1973, studied communication design and worked for five years as a copywriter in an American advertising agency. Since 2001 Menger has worked as a freelance advertiser, director and radio playwright. His short films and radio plays have received numerous awards, including "Best Short Film" (Geteiltes Leid, Berlinale 2002), "Best Youth Radio Play 2006" (Die Dr3i - Hotel Luxury End, Radio Play Award 2006), "Best Adult Radio Play 2006" (Der Prinzessin, Radio Play Award 2006) and "Radio Play of the Month" (Dodo's Return, Radio Play Award 2008).

With his publishing company Psychothriller GmbH, founded in 2009, Ivar has produced some successful material such as Darkside Park.
