Spanish songwriter, vocalist and guitar player Juan Ramón Rodríguez Cervilla (b. 10 nov. 1969) mostly known as "J" or "Jota" is the leader of Los Planetas since 1993.
Founder of El Ejército Rojo label since 2003.
Also member of early band Los Subterráneos (circa 1992), Grupo de Expertos Solynieve since 2005, Los Evangelistas (circa 2012) with Eric Jiménez, Florent Muñoz and Antonio Arias (Lagartija Nick leader) and Fuerza Nueva (2019) a collaboration of Los Planetas with Francisco Contreras Molina aka El Niño De Elche.
He also collaborated with many artists like Cecilia Ann, Meteosat, Automatics, Los Enemigos, La Buena Vida, Nacho Vegas, Lagartija Nick, Antonio Luque aka Sr. Chinarro, La Estrella de David, Ellos, Antonio Arias, Franco Battiato, Miguel Ríos, Soleá Morente or La Bien Querida.
