Country blues singer and guitarist, born Texas, 17 March 1912, died Lockhart, Texas, 15 November 1995. Tisdom recorded for the Universal-Fox label in Los Angeles, California, in late 1949 or 1950, for the Original label in San Benito, Texas, in 1950, and for the Rio Grande Music Co. (later acquired by Arhoolie) at an unknown location in 1951.
