    Janus Stark

Alternative / punk rock band from Peterborough, England, fronted by The Prodigy live guitarist Gizz Butt. The band's name comes from a character in the seventies comic books Smash and Valiant. The band signed to Nottingham label Earache and released the album "Great Adventure Cigar". Their song "Every Little Thing Counts" was featured on the soundtracks to the 1998 films Disturbing Behavior and Varsity Blues.

They split up in 2002 and Gizz Butt formed The More I See. Some time later, he also joined German alternative rock / gothic metal band Pyogenesis.

In 2018 he decided to reform Janus Stark and asked Richard Gombault of 90's pop punk trio Midget to join along with Fozzy Dixon and Simon Martin.
