Jasmine You

Jasmine You was a bassist from Aichi, Japan, born on March 8th.
He debuted in 1998 with the band 雀羅 (Jyakura), active in the Nagoya area until 2002. After Jyakura disbanded, Jasmine You occasionally played in session bands.
In 2006 he was invited by guitarist HIZAKI to play bass for his solo project. In 2007 he was also asked to join HIZAKI's most recent band Versailles.
Not long after Versailles went major in June 2009, it was announced that Jasmine You would take a break from the band activities due to unspecified health problems.
Jasmine You passed away in Tokyo on August 9th, 2009.
