American big band and pop vocalist.
Born in Deep Creek, Virginia, USA.

Not same as singer/songwriter Jean Thomas.

Starting 1960, Thomas toured with the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra (directed by Sam Donahue) as a featured vocalist, working with Frank Sinatra Jr. She traveled for several years with the Dorsey band before settling in Las Vegas in 1968. There she was featured vocalist in the Minsky Show 1969, and again in 1971 in Puerto Rico. In addition to Dorsey, she has performed with Ray Anthony, Paul LaValle, Harry James, and the Bo Thorpe Orchestra.

Married to [a=Sam Donahue] (m. 1963). In 1969 she married Quitman Dennis. She resided with Quitman in Nashville, Tennessee at the time of her death in 2019.
