American R&B singer, drummer, and bandleader. He had releases on Fortune Records (2), starting in 1949. In the 1950s he recorded for Old Town Records/York, Ember Records (3), and as Jeff Milner on Dale. He later joined Ray Richardson's Ink Spots, and was known as Jimmy Mills.
