He was born in Manhattan, New York (USA) on May 18, 1921 and died in Santurce Puerto Rico on November 13, 1980. Of course, the most marked memories point to his passing by the orchestra led by the trumpeter "Cesar Concepcion", a journey that takes place for seven years (1947 to 1954), but that was enough to rise as one of the bastions Of the Latin movement during the 1950s and much of the 1960s. He performed with orchestras like Enrique Madriguera, Xavier Cugat and the Puerto Rican musician Juanito Sanabria at Club Caborrojeño in Manhattan. The latter takes on vital importance as Joe Valle receives the guitarist Juanito Sanabria from the direction of the orchestra, to become "Joe Valle and his orchestra", who in addition to performing in several important nightclubs in New York, Is converted for seven years in the orchestra of Caborrojeño plant. Joe Valle decides to return to Puerto Rico for 1972, reuniting with his friend Cesar Concepcion with whom he shares for another year.
