Jonny Scott

Currently based in Glasgow, Jonny Scott is a drummer and musician acting as a session player both live and in the studio for The Kills, Chvrches and Human Don’t Be Angry. He is also a founding member of the band Olympic Swimmers and a producer, having worked with Helen Marnie and Ladytron.

Studied a BA in Applied Music at Strathclyde University in Glasgow, trained at Strathclyde University with Lackie Birch. Toured as a session musician with bands such as Idlewild, Take a Worm for a Walk Week, Julia 13, Strike the Colours and the Unwinding Hours.
Currently also working as a drum teacher for North Lanarkshire. Widely regarded as the "finest drummer in the city".
