    José Luis Armenteros (born June 26, 1943, Madrid, Spain - died June 11, 2016, Madrid, Spain) was a Spanish musician, composer and producer. From 1965 to 1968 he was part of the instrumental group Los Relampagos. From 1968 he teamed up with Pablo Herrero (alias Zanak) (also from Los Relampagos) and became one of the most important and prolific Spanish composers and producers working with artists such as Nino Bravo, Basilio, Juan Bau, Francisco, Rocío Jurado, José Luis Rodríguez El Puma, Fórmula V, Doctor Pop, La Compañía and Jarcha. He was A+R for Spanish Philips in late 1960s to mid 1970s.
