In 2004 he was listed as a composer of quite popular songs such as "Me La Juego Toda" performed by Silvestre Dangond, or "Mi Reina Consentida performed by his father "Miguel Morales", thus achieving recognition and becoming known within the field of Vallenato music. That same year, determined to launch himself professionally as a singer and looking to earn income to be able to record his first album, Kaleth Morales recorded the song "Vivo En El Limbo" with accordionist Andrés Herrera in one night. radio host Rafael Narváez, the song began to be played throughout the city of Cartagena and quickly became an unprecedented success not only locally but throughout the country.

This fact led Kaleth to be hired in many places and thus he was able to raise the money for the recording of his first musical work, starting recordings in June and finishing them in December. In January 2005 he was signed by Sony Music BMG Entertaiment and in February of the same year he released his first album entitled "La Hora De La Verdad" with which he obtained a Platinum Record for sales of over 20,000 copies, and the song "Vivo En El Limbo" was positioned as number 1 in all radio stations in Colombia.

His successful rise in the world of music led him to perform in massive concerts every weekend, in addition to singing in cities or events where vallenato did not take place, being the artist chosen by Colombians to perform at the "Premios Tv Y Novelas" in April 2005, achieving with this what no Vallenato artist had achieved at that time.

His success was also reflected when he sang before more than 40,000 people in Bogotá at the El Campín stadium on August 20, 2005, where he shared the stage with great singers such as Carlos Vives, Los de Adentro, Sanalejo, Cabas, among others.

Three days later, on August 23, 2005, he suffered a traffic accident on the road that connects the towns of Plato, Magdalena and Bosconia, Cesar, when he was traveling to the city of Valledupar with his brother Keyner Morales. He was transferred to the city of Cartagena where he arrived in a coma and on the morning of August 24 at 8:15 am he died, leaving a great void among his followers, and leaving a story engraved in golden letters in the vallenato. music. Today he is considered by many to be the most influential young artist in Colombian music, and over time, despite not being present, he continues to accumulate thousands of fans in love with his music.
