Karnivool is a five-piece alternative rock / progressive rock music group from Perth, Western Australia that formed in 1997. Mainstays of their line-up are Andrew 'Drew' Goddard on lead guitar and Ian Kenny on lead vocals. They won five West Australian Music Industry Awards (WAMi Awards) in 2007 for 'Most Popular Act', 'Most Popular Live Act', 'Best Male Vocalist' (Kenny), 'Best Guitarist' (Goddard) and 'Best Hard Rock Act'. Current Line-Up Andrew 'Drew' Goddard: lead guitar/vocals (1998 – present), Mark Hosking: guitar/vocals (2003 – present), Steve Judd: drums (2004 – present), Ian Kenny: lead vocals (1998 – present) and Jon Stockman: bass guitar (2000 – present). Former Members Andrew Brown: bass guitar (1998 – 2000), Ray Hawking: drums (2000 – 2004) and Brett McKenzie: drums (1998 – 2000).
