Canadian singer-songwriter from Toronto, currently based in New York City.
Founding member of the Canadian alternative rock group Bourbon Tabernacle Choir. When that band broke up, Fenner continued in a duo with [a=Chris Brown (11)] (also formerly of Bourbon Tabernacle Choir). In 2003 she released her first solo album.
