    Killing Miranda were a British based industrial metal/gothic rock band. Formed in London in the late 1990s, the group originally consisted of Chris Wareham on bass and Irish Dave on rhythm guitar alongside vocalist Richard Pyne & drummer Belle Star. Upon Wareham's departure, Irish Dave moved to bass.

    Between 1999 and 2004 Killing Miranda released of trio of successful albums. The first 2 - 'Blessed Deviant' & 'Transgression By Numbers' - were released by Goth label undefined and garnered them a cult hit with the song 'Discotheque Necronomicon'. Their 3rd and final album - 'Consummate' was released in 2004 by undefined. The band would split in 2007.

    After the death of Belle Star in 2023 vocalist Richard Pyne held a tribute concert in their memory called Bellefest. This would lead to a host of gigs towards the end of the year and a reunion of the band, starting with a New Years' Eve set as well as a slot at Resistanz Festival 2024 in Sheffield for "... one last round of chaos and fun, and to see things out as performers because that’s what we love to do”.
