Lasting Weep were a French Canadian progressive rock band formed in the late 1960's. In essence they were the roots of one of the best-known Quebec bands of the 1970's - Maneige. Undocumented at the time, although they existed for a good few years, historic CD issues document two phases of their existence: 1969-71 and an attempted reformation.
