Lauren White

Lauren White is from Texas.

Lauren White began singing as a small child. She began voice lessons at Masters Touch School of Music in Grapevine, Texas when she was in fourth grade, and sang in choir in Middle School. Singer and pianist, Mark Carroll, took Lauren under his wing in High School and developed her lower range while exposing her to the standards and ballads that she grew to love. She found herself at home on the stage with supporting roles in Foot Loose and Peter Pan. During her junior year Lauren began working with Nora Jones’ voice coach Rosana Eckert, jazz vocalist and professor at the University of North Texas.

Lauren's first album was released in 2007.
