Leonardo Taio

Italian classical string instrumentalist, born in 1998.

Son of Marco Taio and Donatella Colombo. Brother of Rebecca Taio.

Studied at the G. Verdi Conservatory in Milan and graduated at the G. Verdi Conservatory in Como. He participated in the Rome Chamber Music Festival 2023. As a soloist he played with I Musici di Parma and the Camera Ducale Junior. He has collaborated with artists such as Giuliano Carmignola, Rinaldo Alessandrini and Stefano Montanari. In 2021 the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia awarded him the "Ninì Perno" scholarship. He obtained a II level degree in Chamber Music at the Conservatorio “G. Nicolini” in Piacenza.
