Les Troubadours de Terre Des Hommes

Canadian vocal quartet formed in the summer of 1974, at the invitation of the City of Montreal's Sports and Recreation Department, for the Terre des Hommes shows and entertainment division. Composed of four female voices and four male voices, the Troubadours include two sopranos, two altos, two tenors, and two baritones. They form two quartets that alternate every three days on site. Every day between 1:30 PM and 5:30 PM, a quartet strolls among the visitors and stops unexpectedly to perform a few songs. Artistic director: Gilbert Patenaude.
