Lindsey Smith-Trostle

Cellist in all genres, Nashville native. Recorded with Jack White, Yelawolf, Caitlyn Rose, Steelism, Andrew Combs, Toby Mac, Etta Britt, Insane Clown Posse, Pokey LaFarge, Jordan Dean, just to name a few. She also performs and composes music for her own hip hop band Swap Meet Symphony, which is a collaboration with Al-D Words, Quiet Entertainer & Bruce Ervin. Lindsey does freelance work in all genres, playing in Huntsville Symphony, Paducah Symphony, Murfreesboro Symphony and others, as well as running her own wedding music business, Athena Strings. She plays all genres, improvises, composes, and plays other instruments such as glockenspiel, ukelele, piano, guitar & bass. She plays with several local Nashville bands such as Honey Locust, Little Bandits, Hotpipes, and many others.
