Louis Capart

About

Born to a mother Senane and father Picard , Louis Capart spent his childhood and adolescence in Saint-Denis with frequent and regular returns to the island of Sein . By listening, at 16, Léo Ferré , it became a trigger for the song and singing. In 1984 he left the public service and launches into the song. Sometimes compared to a troubadour, he does his job in artisan. He sings his original Brittany, loneliness, time passing, love, anger, those little things that scratch or paths of freedom, with sweetness and nostalgia. In 2010 he published a double album of 41 songs. Louis Capart is known for Marie-Jeanne-Gabrielle, song dedicated to the island of Sein . Despite a media discretion, he toured extensively in fifteen countries ( US , Russia , Netherlands , Germany ...) and France has repeatedly been programmed at Cornish festival , the Festival interceltique Lorient and some halls and festivals of France (TLP-Déjazet, Printemps de Bourges ).
