    Pepe Villa's Mariachi Mexico debuts on February 2, 1953, its author Jose Villa Lopez "Pepe Villa" gives a twist to what was usually heard in Mexican music, including in his group a trio of voices and an additional trumpet. With this modality, I record a series of simple polka records and instrumental pieces, of which they sold an unusual number of copies, which is why it deserves a GOLDEN DISC. The Mariachi accompanied artists of fame by Javier Solis, participated in more than one hundred Mexican films. Mariachi Mexico has been present on the radio as "La hora Nacional", "Noches Mexicanas", "Distinto Amanecer" and on television: "Noches Tapatias", "Asi en mi tierra", "La hora Nescafe", "Siempre on Sunday "," A new day "among others. Regarding composition, Pepe Villa has two that stand out: El Cuevo and El Forastero. Mariachi Mexico inaugurated the Olympic Games in Mexico City, in 1968, played in the 1970 World Cup for Pele. He has participated with presidents Miguel Alemàn and Vicente Fox accompanying them on tours and social events in Los Pinos. In 1999 they acted exclusively for President Jacques Chirac in the meeting with the then President of the Mexican Republic Ernesto Zedillo. Currently the group continues its artistic career under the direction of PEPE VILLA JR. who was in charge of the group, once it was granted to him by his father JOSE VILLA PEREZ, one year before his death. Since then, Mariachi Mexcio has been active, participating in events both domestically and abroad, including the ¡Viva el Mariachi! organized by Radio Bilingüe in the city of Fresno, California, and also at the festivals in Las Vegas, Albuquerque, Nevada and San Josè, California, as well as two presentations at the Palacio de Bellas Artes with the theme of Manuel Esperon's Jalisco suite. This year of 2020, the MARIACHI MEXICO DE PEPE VILLA celebrates 67 years of keeping Mexican music alive in its highest expression
