    Swedish singer, pianist, lyricist, composer and author, born on December 13, 1961 in Visby, Gotland and died on January 4, 2024 in Stenkyrka, Gotland.


    Nilsson-Lind was one of the founding members of the group Ainbusk in 1983, and she wrote lyrics and music for most of the group's songs.

    In 2019, Marie Nilsson-Lind starred in the documentary film 'Josefin Nilsson – Älska mig för den jag är' (Josefin Nilsson – Love Me for Who I Am), which is about her younger sister Josefin. In the documentary, Marie Nilsson-Lind said that her sister Josefin was collecting material and wanted to write a book, but that Marie herself now wanted to make it a reality. So, in March 2020, the book 'Josas bok: Min berättelse' (Josa's Book: My Story) was released, which is also an autobiographical story about Marie.

    Marie Nilsson-Lind was the eldest daughter of Allan Nilsson and sister of Josefin Nilsson.

    From 1999 until his death in 2023, Magnus Lind was married to Marie Nilsson-Lind. Both spouses died within a week of each other at their home in the district of Lummelunda on the Swedish island Gotland.
