About

Originally known as Marquis De Sade, founded 1977 in Rennes (France), was Marquis reunited 2017. After the suicide of singer Philippe Pascal in September 2019 the band launched the new 3. album under the sorted name Marquis. Frank Darcel main composer and lead guitarist of Marquis also committed suicide five years later in March 2024 in Os Castros beach (Ribadeo, Spain).
