Methonia were a Progressive Metal band from Aalborg, Denmark. They formed in 2003, and disbanded in 2011. During the course of their career they released 5 EPs, collaborating with producers Tue Madsen (of Antfarm Studios), and Jacob Hansen, won a Danish Metal Music Award for their song "Follow", and played the Way Up North Festival (in 2009).
