Michael McCann

Michael McCann is a BAFTA-nominated and Clio-award winning composer for games, television and advertising. Michael has been lead composer on the multi-million selling games Borderlands 3, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Double Agent, XCOM: Enemy Unknown & Enemy Within. Over 20 years, Michael has also been lead composer on countless projects in television and advertising, including series’ from Discovery Channel, Showcase Networks and dozens of ad campaigns throughout the US, Canada and Europe. His music has been featured in everything from blockbuster film trailers to television series in over 30 countries. Earlier in his career as sound designer & music editor, Michael was also supervising sound designer & music editor on director Michael Dowse’s early cult-films It’s All Gone Pete Tong and FUBAR. McCann’s original music for games, TV & film have earned him nominations from the British Academy of Film & Television Arts (BAFTA), the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS), Hollywood Music In Media Awards, Spike TV VGA’s, G4TV, IGN, and more.
