Missiego

The Spanish singer, dancer and choreographer began his career in 1983 accompanying his mother, Betty Missiego (Peruvian singer with residence in Spain) as a musician and choir, who guided him in his first steps. In 1984 he participated in what was his first musical, "Jesus Christ Superstar" in Madrid, sharing the stage with artists of the stature of Pablo Abraira, Sergio and Estíbaliz. The singer took off as a soloist in 1996 under the pseudonym "Missiego", with hits such as "Cachete, Pechito y Ombligo", "Mi Nena, Mi Nena", "Baila Conmigo", "Mueve Tu Cucu", the latter It became one of the most listened to singles in Spain and Latin American Countries, reaching the top positions in May 1997. Currently, Joaquín Missiego works as a funky teacher at a dance academy in Madrid, Spain.
