    English folk singer, fiddle player and songwriter, born in Sheffield in 1975. She is the daughter of Sandra Kerr and Ron Elliott and is married to James Fagan, with whom she has played for many years as a duo. Kerr won 'Folk Singer of the Year' at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards in 2015.
