Nick Phoenix is a London-born, American raised composer of Scottish and Serbian descent. He is the co-founder of the production music company Two Steps from Hell. He has written music for several high-profile trailers, with over 1200 noted scores and placements in total and over 100,000 TV placements with Extreme Music. Phoenix performed in a 2013 live concert at the Walt Disney Concert Hall alongside Bergersen and will perform a nearly sold out (covid delayed) European tour in summer 2022. The 2014 release of his first published written work, "Colin Frake on Fire Mountain", was accompanied by a Two Steps From Hell soundtrack release featuring music composed by himself and partner Bergersen. "Colin Frake Asclepius" was released in 2016. "Colin Frake Sumava" is scheduled for 2022. In 2021, Nick released "King Of One" with his newly formed rock band, which includes members of Death Cab For Cutie and John Mayer’s band. The sequel “Wide World” is due on 4/29/22. Nick also launched a new website in 2021 which features the ability for fans to mix Two Steps From Hell tracks.
