Others By No One

Others By No One is a progressive metal band from Dayton, Ohio. Originally formed in 2014. While prog is their primary forte, they take influence from a number of bands and artists such as Devin Townsend, Mr. Bungle, Coheed & Cambria, Between the Buried and Me, and other similar bands of note.

In 2015, the band recorded their first single, Gravity Of The Bulls, which was recorded and mastered by Eddie Ruff of undefined. It was released on October 23rd, 2015.

In 2016, the band recorded their first EP, Book I: Dr. Breacher, with Jamie King of undefined from July 4th to July 15th, and self-released it on June 11th, 2017. Shortly thereafter, drummer Sam Ruff left his role to attend Berklee College and eventually formed his solo act, Cloudgazer, in 2018. He serves as session drummer for the band.

Currently, the band is touring and are working on their album debut, which is expected to be Book II in their discography.
