Patsy Biscoe, AM (born 21 March 1946, Shimla, India) is an Indian-born Australian television personality, singer and guitarist.

Born in India to British parents, her family moved to Australia due to the Partition of India in 1947. Her career began in the 1960's and she rose to great prominence in the 1970's and 1980's with her regular television appearances on the children’s programs Here’s Humphrey, Channel Niners and Fat Cat and Friends. She has also released many children's albums containing nursery rhymes and similar children's songs and has sold in excess of 500,000 units in her musical career.
