Haenen is best known for his radio and tv performances as Margreet Dolman, Buster Fonteyn or Dominee Gremdaat, and as voice actor for Bert and Grover in the Dutch edition of Sesame Street. He also owns and operates the Betty Asfalt Complex theatre in Amsterdam.
