    Persian

Prolific Underground Breakbeat, Jungle, Drum&Bass and UK Garage Producer, known for innovating music made on the Commodore Amiga with 2 Megabytes of RAM. Heavily influenced by Sound System, Pirate Radio, Electro/Breakdance, Rare Grooves, Mixmaster Max and early Hip Hop Sub Cultures. Under the moniker’s Persian Prince, Persian & Artist Formally Known As P.P. he metamorphosized obscure tracks like ‘Omid A Man’, fusing the evocative sounds of the Middle East with Sound System Bass Culture. Persian is the first Iranian Electronic Artist from the West to have done this, previously in 1992 under the moniker Persian Prince, he released ‘Desertism’, a unique Groundbreaking Hardcore Jungle Breakbeat track that amalgamated Eastern & Western Cultures together, making history in that scene. A true Underground Legend who can turn his hand to any style of music with Door Rattling Bass to match! His music is still being released through J.Robinson, WhoDemSound & Meditator Music. To date: Persian is expanding his creative repertoire into something more hands on, in the visual arts. In what shape or form? That is yet to be told...
