Under the name LOVE TO INFINITY, Peter has produced/remixed nearly 700 records, including 39 No 1 hit records, working worldwide for SONY, WARNER BROS AND UNIVERSAL, with artists including MADONNA, MICHAEL JACKSON, LADY GAGA, ARETHA FRANKLIN, WILL SMITH, DIANA ROSS, FAITH HILL, ROBBIE WILLIAMS, CHER, GLORIA ESTEFAN, WHITNEY HOUSTON, JANET JACKSON, SIMPLY RED, GRACE JONES, PET SHOP BOYS, KYLIE MINOGUE, BARBRA STREISAND, JENNIFER HUDSON, ERASURE, DANNII MINOGUE, MARIAH CAREY AND THE WHO. Peter has co-written Top 40 hits for JUDY CHEEKS and for his bands 'SODA CLUB' and 'LOVE TO INFINITY' , and has been award numerous Gold & Platinum records. He co-produced records for ARETHA FRANKLIN, TAKE THAT, ATOMIC KITTEN and ROZALLA among others. In 2020 he produced and co-wrote the album Framed for indie band WINTERGREEN and released the single '7 Ways To Love' on Perfect Havoc as part of the act 'DJ Cola Girl'. In 2021 his nu-disco single "Get My Act Together' by RION S & PETER EJ LEE was released on Midnight Riot Records.
