Peter Jezewski

Swedish bassist, guitarist and singer, born April 10, 1957.

He left the group in 1993 and formed the band Peter and the Chiefs. This band released their first album in 1994. He also played in the band The Silhouettes.
Jezewski was temporarily reunited with The Boppers in 2002. He is no longer a member of the band but played in Boppers in the performance Jerka at Stora Teatern, Gothenburg in the autumn of 2003. Jezewski has also appeared in the show Young Rebel at Scalateatern.
In 2006, Jezewski also starred in the movie Ung rebell as the character Johnny.
Jezewski has been featured in the show Be bop a luba since 2011, which is staged at concert halls around Sweden. Guest artists in the show include Svenne Hedlund and Tone Norum. A live album and DVD recorded during the tour was released in 2013. In the summer of 2013, Jezewski performed at Allsång at Skansen where he performed the Boppers song "Jeannies coming back" in a more modern version.

Jezewski was, prior to The Boppers, in the punk band Tungt sjukhus, mentioned in Thåström's song "Brev till 10:e våningen".
