Phasma Phasmatis was a short-lived screamo band from Oklahoma, only releasing a five-song demo CD and a handful of additional tracks on their website. They were active from the fall of 2002 until the summer of 2003; disbanding while on tour with She Notes The Chariots and Sine Nomine.

Chris Stanton - guitar/vocals
Chris Prater - guitar
Hank Noll - bass
Pat Wooley - drums

After disbanding Chris Stanton started a noise project called The Jigsaw Rhetoric, while Hank and Pat formed a band called The Outer Space.
