Plinky

Short-lived pop punk band from Petaluma, California, consisting of singer/bassist Emily Whitehurst, guitarist Justin Brioso, and drummer/backing vocalist Brian Plink. Their only two released tracks, "Mushy Love Song" and "For You" were recorded in November 1998 at Sonoma State University, where Whitehurst's brother Eliott Whitehurst was studying music. The band split up and Whitehurst and Plink joined Tsunami Bomb. The split EP 'B-Movie Queens' (1999) served as Tsunami Bomb's debut and Plinky's sole release.
