Polyphon

Estonian band that started in 1974 under the name Polyphon. In 1979 the name was changed to Consilium under pressure from the ideological sector of the Cultural Department of the then Central Committee of the Estonian Communist Party and after the scandalous concert in Liepaja, Latvia.
