An early hip hop artist from New Haven, Connecticut who released his first record when he was five years old.
Conceived by Tony Pearson, his uncle who also served as his producer, the "Pookey Blow" stage name drew inspiration from Kurtis Blow.
Pearson later went on to serve in the United States Navy.
